As we all know self awareness is to be aware of who you are, and to know you're self personality, strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes and of course your ability as an individual person.This self awareness can helps you to motivate your self more and to challenge the challenges in your life which you think can be hindrance of your success in life. Self awareness can be relates to self leadership because this self leadership has value for you personally as a leader or just as a human being.Meaning you are a person that capable of being a leader of yourself.This brings an impacts all aspect of your life, your health, your career and your relationships. Why? because you are aware of who you are and when you know yourself you can really survive those challenges that might bring you down.To make sense of this in your own life, consider something you are trying to achieve right now such as getting healthy, increasing your wealth or developing a relationship.Furthermore, to lead a group is not an easy thing of course because,you're putting yourself to be the model of your follower.
It is critical to know who we are from the inside–out. It is also essential to become aware of how we have been – and are – influenced by group history and dynamics. The impact of our most primary group, our family, is often ignored as we explore our leadership roles. Instead of simply focusing on leadership skills, self leadership help a one to delve deeper into the factors that influence their leadership style and learn techniques for overcoming the obstacles that keep them from truly succeeding.
It also helps us learn what it means to think versus react; to set our own course versus responding primarily to the course set by the group. Imagine being able to think clearly in a situation that was result for us to be emotionally.As a person we don't know what would happen tomorrow we might be a leader of our country so lets practice ourselves to be a person whom aware with his/her ability.
And that's how important the self awareness to self leadership.

My expectations to the outreach program are, first, I expect that my classmate will be cooperative. That they would be responsible enough in doing their assigned duties and tasks. I also hope that their motive of participating in the program is not because it is required to pass this subject but to help those unfortunate children in our City. Second, I expect that I could sustain the proper teachings that could help more the child in his/ her learning. Lastly. I expect that when we will go their, there will be smiles in our hearts.
